Monitor raw material inventory and ensure adequate inventory to meet production demand
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes, efficiency, and product quality
Requirement
Experienced candidate, not trainees,
Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery production,
Have bread/cake/pastry production expertise etc.
Able to work in a team or individually.
Able to create new recipes and products,
Understand all stages from mixing to baking.
Honest, disciplined, hygienic, responsible and high integrity.
Physically and mentally healthy and have high work stamina,
Ready to work shifts, overtime if needed and enter on holidays.
Can work quickly, and has a high work ethic.
