 Role Description

 
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at PT Lombok Luxury Property, located in Lombok. The Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, schedule management, and support operational processes. Key responsibilities include organizing and maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, assisting in communication with clients and stakeholders, and providing general office support as needed. The Assistant will also ensure that daily operations run smoothly and support the team in achieving business goals.


 Qualifications

 
Administrative and organizational skills, including document management, planning, and scheduling
Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Basic proficiency in office software and tools, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable
