Jobdesc
1. Achieve revenue and sales targets according to the assigned KPIs.
2. Perform upselling and cross-selling of ISP and corporate services.
3. Look for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, or tenders.
4. Prepare proposals and price quotations based on customer needs.
5. Negotiate contracts and ensure the deal process follows company regulations.
6 Maintain good relationships with corporate/enterprise clients.
7. Handle customer complaints or issue escalations by coordinating with the technical/operations team.
8. Create periodic sales reports and target achievement updates.
9. Monitor contract status, validity periods, and customer renewals.
10. Work with the technical team for site surveys, installations, and customer support.
11. Coordinate with the finance team regarding billing collection.
12. Communicate customer needs/feedback to the product/engineering team.

Qualification
1. Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) and understanding of ISP products and services.
2. Basic knowledge of networking/IT is an added value.
3. 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or the ISP/Telco industry.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills; experienced in handling corporate/enterprise clients.
5. Able to build long-term relationships with corporate customers.
6. Skilled in presentations and business proposals.
7. Able to analyze customer needs (solution selling).
8. Highly motivated, persistent, and resilient.
9. Flexible to work mobile and willing to do field assignments.
10. Target-oriented.
11. Productive, a problem solver, and customer-centric.
12. Able to use CRM tools and 13. Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
