Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field activities to ensure project targets, timelines, and quality standards are achieved. This role oversees data collection processes, ensures data accuracy and timely submission, and provides continuous guidance to field teams.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily field activities to ensure targets, timelines, and quality standards are met

Monitor data collection, review field data accuracy, and ensure timely submission to the Data Center

Prepare daily field reports and track field achievements

Lead and support field teams (CHP, CHPC, coordinators) through daily briefings and ongoing supervision

Ensure compliance with research protocols, ethical standards, and operational guidelines

Support trainings, capacity building, and performance improvement of field staff

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field supervision, project implementation, monitoring, or research-related activities.

Proven experience supervising field teams such as community health workers, enumerators, or project coordinators.

Experience in monitoring data collection, ensuring data quality, and preparing field reports.

Prior experience working with NGOs, research institutions, or public health projects is highly preferred.

Demonstrated experience in coordinating with external stakeholders, including government offices, health facilities, and community partners.
