We are looking for a hands-on Spa Manager to lead and grow our spa inside VIP Wellness Residence and Resort, Kuta Lombok.
VIP SPA is 6 months old, but is very fast-growing, and in 2026 it is entering it`s first expansion phase.
We are doubling the space, doubling the team, and creating a new kind of spa experience for Lombok — inspired by high-end, viral spas in Japan and China with unique concepts.
This is not a passive manager role. This is a spa marketing leader + spa operator role.
What you will do
Run daily spa operations and be present at reception
Manage backend of online booking system
Lead, train, and manage the spa team
Control budget, inventory, laundry, cleanliness, and quality of service
Handle customer experience and feedback professionally
Actively promote and sell spa services (in-house, online, collaborations, offline)
Plan and execute new service/bundle launches
Who we are looking for
Candidate currently based in Lombok (strong preference)
Experience in spa and wellness business
Experienced with spa marketing, and growth, not just day to day operations
Organized, responsible, and proactive
Confident communicating with guests and staff
Understands that in a growing business, the manager is on the floor, not only in the office
Important note on location
This role is on-site in Kuta Lombok. We strongly prefer candidates who are already based in Lombok.
