Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in community empowerment and stakeholder engagement.

At least 5 years of experience as a Program Coordinator.

Strong presentation and administrative reporting skills.

A good team player, fast learner, able to work under pressure, and demonstrates strong leadership qualities.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must possess a valid driving license.
