✨ Job Description:
Develop new customer and dealer networks and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and partners.
Enhance product image and presence in stores across multiple product lines.
Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets (Sell-through & Sell-out).
Manage the allocation and distribution of rewards for promotional and marketing activities.
Collaborate with the training team to ensure optimal promoter performance.
Conduct monthly performance evaluations in line with regional and national strategies.
🧩 Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly target-oriented and achievement-driven.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in gadget retail sales (smartphones or related industries).
Experience working with competitor companies is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and fast problem-solving skills.
Proficient in market analysis and sales data interpretation.
Skilled in using office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Proven experience in team leadership.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
