Responsibilities
Develop new customer and dealer networks while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and business partners.
Enhance brand image and product visibility in stores across multiple product lines.
Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets (Sell-through & Sell-out).
Manage the allocation and distribution of gifts for promotional and marketing activities
Collaborate with the training team to ensure optimal promoter performance.
Conduct monthly performance evaluations in line with regional and national strategies.
Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly target-oriented and achievement-driven.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail gadget sales (smartphones or related industries).
Experience working with competitor companies is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and fast problem-solving skills.
Proficient in market analysis and sales data interpretation.
Skilled in using office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Proven experience in team leadership.
Good command of English, both written and spoken
