KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing new customer/dealer networks and building strong, lasting relationships with the team.

Accountable for achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets (sell-through & sell-out).

Overseeing and managing the performance of field promoters and trainers.

Enhancing store image, ensuring continuous improvement across various company products.

Conducting market and data analysis to formulate effective regional and national sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education: Bachelor degree (preferably Marketing/Businees/Management)

1-2 years of experience in retail gadget sales (preferred).

Strong ability in communication, negotiation, and a target-oriented mindset.

Meticulous, analytical, and proficient in problem-solving.

Skilled in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite).

Experienced in team leadership and management.
