Sales Representative
Job Description:
Responsible for managing district sales performance by achieving sell-through targets, optimizing stock levels and dealer coverage, overseeing promoter recruitment and performance, analyzing smartphone and AIoT market trends, and driving retail expansion and investment initiatives to strengthen overall retail presence and achieve top market positioning.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Marketing, Business, or Management
Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in sales, preferably in Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, FMCG, or related retail sectors
Strong understanding of retail execution
Strong analytical skills for ROI analysis and sales reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Strong execution, monitoring, improvement, and customer relationship skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and result-driven
Able to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
Willing to travel for retail outlet visits
