What you will be doing
- Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for Sales Agents
- Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions or training plans
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and deal progression
- Ensure smooth execution of the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
- Support agents in negotiations and deal closures, especially for high-value transactions
- Support complex client cases and key accounts when required
- Ensure professional handling of buyers, investors, and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and service delivery
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and sales documentation
- Provide market insights and feedback to management to support business decisions
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, scripts, and qualification frameworks
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
