QUALIFICATIONS
Strong customer service and sales skills
Experience in inventory management and store operations
Highly organized, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Operations
Manage all in-store sales activities
Record and report daily sales
Replenish, record, and monitor inventory for all purchases and sales
Conduct inventory counts as needed
Work with the manager and owner to learn and implement effective sales strategies
Inform the manager of items that are low in stock and need to be reordered
Ensure all items in the store are properly priced
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable store environment
Supervision
Report daily challenges and issues to the team
