About the role
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Reservation Officer to join our team at PT. Tampah Estate Management in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling all reservation-related inquiries and bookings for our luxury resort, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests from initial inquiry to check-out.
What you'll be doing
Responding to reservation inquiries efficiently and providing accurate information about availability, rates, and amenities
Coordinating guest bookings and maintaining the reservation system
Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
Handling any changes or cancellations to reservations in a timely and professional manner
Providing exceptional customer service and finding creative solutions to address guest needs
Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on reservation activity
Supporting the sales and marketing team with data analysis and forecasting
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience
Proficiency in using reservation management software and other relevant computer applications
Knowledge of the local tourism industry and travel trends in the region
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
A positive, adaptable, and customer-oriented attitude
