Prepare and calculate Project Cost Estimates (RAB) for construction projects.
Perform quantity take-offs based on drawings and technical specifications.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and periodic cost reports.
Coordinate with the project team (Engineer, Site Manager, and Contractors) regarding site activities.
Evaluate and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Support the preparation of as-built drawings and the project final account.
