Project Overview
This project focuses on developing an innovative Offshore Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture (IMTA) system in Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). It integrates multiple marine species, such as seaweed, fish, crustaceans, and other high-value commodities.
Responsibilities
Lead the IMTA sea farming project from research to commercialization
Coordinate with researchers, government institutions, and local communities
Manage partnerships and stakeholder engagement
Ensure sustainability and regulatory compliance
Oversee project timelines, budget, and overall execution

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of our 3D Offshore IMTA system, integrating seaweed, fish, and crustaceans into a cutting-edge sustainable aquaculture model. You will oversee research, pilot implementation, partnership management, and commercialization pathways.
Key Qualifications:
✔ Indonesian
✔ Degree in Marine Biology, Aquaculture, Environmental Science, or related fields
✔ Minimum 2 years experience in aquaculture or marine project management
✔ Strong ability to lead research, teams, and collaborations
✔ Confident in presenting and communicating in English
✔ Knowledge of IMTA & sustainable aquaculture practices
