Project Manager – Office of the CEO
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Executive Support
Act as a trusted support to the CEO by providing structured thinking, strategic clarity, and effective time management.
Prioritize, structure, and translate high-level strategies into actionable plans.
Prepare board decks, strategic briefs, executive notes, and company-wide communications.
Oversee the implementation of special projects that are priorities for the CEO.
Driving Execution and Organisational Effectiveness
Drive execution across cross-functional initiatives by translating priorities into clear plans, owners, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
Monitor progress through structured check-ins and execution dashboards; identify risks early and drive corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
Identify bottlenecks and root causes across people, processes, and tools, then unblock teams through hands-on problem-solving and cross-team coordination.
Design and implement internal operating systems such as OKRs, project tracking tools, and execution dashboards to align goals, improve visibility, and standardize execution.
Strengthen SOPs and operational processes by documenting, training, and continuously improving workflows to support scale and consistency.
Establish organization-wide rhythms for planning, reporting, and continuous improvement through weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles with measurable outcomes.
Leadership Coordination
Serve as the coordination bridge across team leads to align priorities, resources, and decision-making.
Facilitate weekly leadership meetings, set agendas, and track follow-through.
Build a high-trust, performance-driven, and no-politics culture across the organization.
Business and Financial Planning
Support sales planning, data analysis, financial forecasting, and scenario planning.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure strong budget discipline and visibility.
Lead analytical deep dives and business case development to support CEO decision-making.
Data and Analytics Leadership
Work with the Office of the CEO to build the company’s core data framework and dashboards, serving as the central data reference for real-time performance visibility.
Translate analytics into actionable insights for decision-making.
Coordinate with technology and data teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier business school is strongly preferred.
Two to three years of professional experience, ideally including:
At least one year in a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Accenture, or
Experience as an operator building and scaling teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Demonstrated excellence in strategy, operations, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong numerical capability, with experience in building and reviewing financial models, KPIs, budgets, and business cases.
Experience with data analytics, dashboards, or data infrastructure.
Exposure to agribusiness, agriculture, sustainability, supply chain, or FMCG is a plus.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders with strong discipline in time management.
Ability to work and adapt effectively in a startup environment.
