Position Summary:

This role is a role for an emerging leader that directly supports and amplifies the effectiveness of the CEO. This role requires an agile, fast learning operator and project manager who brings the ability for strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability and to orchestrate cross-functional execution across a rapidly scaling organization. You will serve as the CEO’s strategic execution engine—translating vision into action, aligning teams, creating and implementing special projects, and ensuring the company operates with clarity, discipline, and rigor. This position is ideal for someone with management consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture) or someone who has helped build a fast-paced startup from the ground up. 



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Planning & Executive Support 

Act as a trusted support to the CEO by bringing structured thinking, strategic clarity and time management.
Prioritize, structure, and translate high-level strategies into actionable plans.
Prepare board decks, strategic briefs and notes, and company wide communication.
Oversee the implementation of special projects which are a priority for the CEO 
2. Driving Execution and Organizational Effectiveness 

Drive execution across cross-functional initiatives by translating priorities into clear plans, owners, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
Monitor progress through structured check-ins and execution dashboards; surface risks early and drive corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
Identify bottlenecks and root causes across people/process/tools, then unblock teams with hands-on problem solving and cross-team coordination.
Design and implement internal operating systems (OKRs, project tracking tools, and execution dashboards) to align goals, improve visibility, and standardize execution while strengthening SOPs and operational processes by documenting, training, and continuously improving workflows to support scale and consistency.
Establish organization-wide rhythms for planning, reporting, and continuous improvement (weekly/monthly/quarterly cycles), ensuring follow-through and measurable outcomes. 
3. Leadership Coordination 

Serve as the coordination bridge across team leads to align priorities, resources, and decision-making.
Facilitate weekly leadership meetings, set agendas, and track follow-through.
Build a high-trust, no-politics, performance-driven culture across the organization.
4. Business & Financial Planning 

Support sales planning and data analysis, financial forecasting, and scenario planning.
Work closely with finance team to ensure strong budget discipline and visibility.
Lead analytical deep dives and business cases for CEO decision-making.
5. Data & Analytics Leadership 

Work with rest of CEO office to build the company’s core data framework and dashboard and serve as the “data brain” of the organization for real time performance visibility and to translate analytics into decision making.
Coordinate with tech/data teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines and reporting infrastructure. 


IDEAL CANDIDATES

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field. 
MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier business school strongly preferred.
Experience 

 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally at least 1 year in a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture), or experience in being an operator building and scaling teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Demonstrated excellence in strategy, operations, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong numeracy—comfortable with reviewing and building finance models, KPIs, budgets, and business cases.
Experience with data and analytics, dashboards, or data infrastructure.
Agribusiness, agriculture, sustainability, supply chain, or FMCG exposure is a plus (not a deal-breaker).
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders, disciplined in time management, and ability to work and adapt in startup environments.
