Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role located in Lombok. The Office Administrator will manage daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and maintain an organized workspace. Responsibilities include operating office equipment, managing schedules, coordinating communications, supporting customer inquiries, and ensuring the effective execution of office administration tasks.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
Experience using and maintaining Office Equipment
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional Customer Service abilities
Proficiency with office software and tools, such as spreadsheets and email platforms
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in office management is a plus
