Responsibilities
Ensure all farm equipment such as paddlewheels, generators, intake pumps, and HCP pumps operate properly.
Perform maintenance on farm equipment including paddlewheel gearboxes, intake pumps, HCP pumps, generators, Sanyo pumps, freshwater pumps, and other supporting equipment.
Comply with all Health and Safety procedures, and report any unsafe or unhealthy actions or conditions to supervisors or relevant parties.
Prepare and update recaps of required farm equipment or machinery, including those that need repair.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Electrical Engineering.
At least three years of experience in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work, preferably in aquaculture operations.
Skilled in electrical systems, water pumps, and plumbing.
Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
Proficient in using electrical measuring tools such as multimeters and clamp meters.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
Willing to reside at the shrimp farm site during the cultivation period in Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
