🚧 We’re Hiring: Site Operations Manager 🚧

Samara Lombok are looking for a Site Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day site operations and ensure everything runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule, today for construction, tomorrow for hospitality.

This role sits at the center of operations, coordinating people, systems, and stakeholders while preparing the site for long-term operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily site operations: facilities, security, MEP, logistics, transportation, and site upkeep

• Ensure strong cross-department coordination and operational readiness

• Manage operational budgets, resources, and cost optimization

• Enforce SOPs, governance frameworks, and HSE compliance

• Build strong relationships with government bodies, local leaders, landowners, and communities

• Set and monitor KPIs to drive measurable performance

• Mentor department heads and align teams with operational priorities

• Support the transition from construction to hospitality operations

• Coordinate staffing, training, and site readiness with HR, Finance, and Project teams

• Prepare risk logs, compliance reports, and operational updates for leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Strong operational leadership experience (construction, hospitality, property, or large-site environments)

• Excellent stakeholder and community engagement skills

• Proven experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams

• Solid understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance

• Calm, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Comfortable working across Lombok, Bali, and Sumbawa

• Hands-on leader with strong ownership and discipline
