About the role

Sikara Lombok Hotel is looking for an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue for our hotel.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to promote the hotel's services and facilities to potential customers

Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the hotel's customer base

Building and maintaining relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners

Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making

Coordinating and overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns

Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives

Collaborating with the hotel management team to achieve sales and revenue targets

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales or marketing role within the hospitality industry

Strong understanding of the local and regional tourism market

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms

Analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimise marketing campaigns

Familiarity with hotel management software and CRM systems

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
