General Requirements:

Minimum education SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Friendly, customer-oriented, and having a positive attitude.

Well-groomed, honest, and disciplined.

Able to work well in a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
