PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.
We are looking for an HRGA Staff to join our Head Office team in Kuta, Lombok. This role will handle HR operations and general affairs administration to support employee lifecycle, workplace efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee administration, including personal data, contracts, attendance, and HR documentation.
Support payroll preparation, compensation & benefits administration, and coordination with external vendors.
Assist recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Handle general affairs tasks such as office facilities, assets, permits, and vendor coordination.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR and GA reports for management review.
Assist in general HR & GA operations as required.
🔹 Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HRGA or similar role.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
(Ability to speak Japanese will be a strong advantage)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll systems/software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in data management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus ✅
