Role Overview

We are currently seeking an HR Recruiter – Hospitality to support our recruitment activities across hospitality functions. This role focuses on identifying, screening, and engaging the right talent to support our growing operations.

You will act as the first point of assessment—screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure quality hires.

Job Description

The HR Recruiter – Hospitality is responsible for managing candidate screening, interviews, and recruitment coordination for hospitality roles.

You will work closely with Department Heads and the Senior HR Manager to maintain a consistent and reliable pipeline of suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates

• Conduct first-round interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with HODs and leadership

• Support onboarding preparation and coordination

• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR (hospitality background preferred)

• Strong communication and interviewing skills

• Well-organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

• Fluent English proficiency
