REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s Degree (S2) preferred.

Minimum 4 years of experience as Hotel Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager.

Fluent in English (professional level : written and spoken).

Experience living, working, or spending time abroad is a strong advantage.

Strong understanding of social media optimization, digital marketing, and KOL/influencer collaboration.

Proficient in Canva, Google Sheets, and Presentation tools.

Familiar with Cloudbeds PMS and OTAs ( Booking.com, AirBnB, etc. ).

Good knowledge of Purchasing & Inventory Management systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and handle operational pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily hotel operations and staff performance.

Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.

Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and cost control.

Optimize online presence through OTAs and social media channels.

Collaborate with marketing teams and KOLs to increase brand visibility.

Monitor reports, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry standards.
