Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Finance Officer – Supervisor to manage and control the day-to-day financial operations of the Hospitality department. 

This role runs the operational finance engine: cost control, payments, cash flow, invoicing, tax handling, and reporting — while coordinating closely with central finance and department heads. 

You report directly to the Managing Director and are expected to operate independently with high accountability. 

Key Responsibilities 

Hospitality Finance Operations 

Manage daily financial operations for Hospitality (rooms, F&B, spa, activities). 

Control cash flow, in-and-out payments, and expense tracking. 

Execute supplier payments and follow up on outstanding items. 

Cost Control & Reporting 

Monitor food cost, beverage cost, operational expenses, and variances. 

Prepare clear cost and financial summaries for MD and Hospitality leadership. 

Ensure numbers are accurate, timely, and usable for decisions. 

Administration & Documentation 

Handle invoicing, internal billing, and payment documentation. 

Maintain clean financial records and filing. 

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls. 

Tax & Compliance 

Handle hospitality-related tax matters (VAT, service charge, local taxes). 

Coordinate with central finance and external parties when required. 

Coordination & Oversight 

Work closely with HODs to control spending and budgets. 

Coordinate with central finance to ensure alignment and consolidation. 

Support audits, checks, and financial reviews. 

Requirements 

5–8 years of hospitality finance experience (hotel / resort / F&B). 

Strong hands-on experience in cost control, payments, and operational finance. 

Able to work independently and take ownership. 

Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail. 

Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and deadlines. 

Fluent English (working level).
