Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for employees and their dependents as required.
Manage medical emergencies, including patient stabilization, initial treatment, and referral coordination.
Conduct routine medical examinations and continuously monitor employees’ health status.
Develop and implement health education programs, disease prevention initiatives, and workplace health promotion activities.
Collaborate with site management to establish and maintain medical policies, occupational health programs, and emergency response procedures.
Ensure accurate, complete, and confidential medical records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Provide professional medical advice to management regarding health risks, emergency preparedness, and workforce wellbeing.
Participate in emergency preparedness planning, drills, and mass casualty response activities as required.
Qualifications
Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia (STR).
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general practice, with strong exposure to emergency medical response.
Demonstrated clinical judgment and capability to deliver primary care in remote or isolated locations.
Previous experience in the Mining or Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
Occupational health experience (HIPERKES certification) is an advantage.
Possession of valid and up-to-date certifications: STR, ACLS, ATLS, and HIPERKES.
Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
Self-reliant, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Willing to be assigned and reside on-site across Indonesia under a roster-based schedule (Sumbawa)
