We’re Hiring: Front Office
π Location: Kuta, Lombok (Work From Office)
Work Schedule:
- 8 working hours/day (shift-based)
- Willing to work night shifts
- Flexible for weekend & public holiday shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations.
- Maintain records, documents, phone calls.
- Welcome and assist guests/clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Handle payments, invoices, and basic financial transactions.
- Address guest requests, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling, reservations, and availability updates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Ability to handle phone calls and inquiries.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
