Key Responsibilities
Guest & Reservation Support
Assist with:
Reservations & confirmations
Guest communication (WhatsApp / Email)
Arrival & departure coordination
Operational Coordination
Update guest records and logbooks
Coordinate with:
Housekeeping
Spa
Food & Beverage
Drivers
Operational Support
Support Front Office during peak operations
Requirements
Front Office or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Professional, guest-focused mindset
Organized and responsive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
