Role Summary
Samara Lombok is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead daily front office operations and guest hosting on the ground.

This role is hands-on and operational, responsible for managing hosts, front office operators, and day-to-day guest flow, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects 5-star service standards.

The Front Office Manager is the daily face of operations, while the Director focuses on systems, standards, and oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Front Office Operations (Primary)
Manage daily front office activities

Oversee:
Hosts
Front Office Operators

Ensure smooth:
Guest arrivals & departures
Daily guest movements
On-site coordination
Be physically present during operational hours

Guest Hosting & Experience
Personally welcome and host guests when required
Handle:
Guest requests
On-site issues
Immediate problem-solving
Act as first-level escalation before Director involvement
Ensure warm, professional, and consistent service delivery

Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervise:
Hosts
Front Office Operators
Conduct daily briefings and handovers
Ensure team discipline, grooming, and service etiquette
Coach team members on service standards and communication

Coordination & Communication
Coordinate daily operations with:
Housekeeping
Spa & Wellness
Food & Beverage
Drivers & Transport
Security
Ensure accurate relay of guest information
Update logs and daily operational notes

Reporting & Discipline
Ensure daily:
Guest logs
Shift handovers
Incident notes
Report operational issues and escalations to the Director of Front Office Operations
Support compliance with SOPs and service standards

Requirements
Proven experience as Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager
Strong hands-on hospitality background
Comfortable managing teams on-site
Excellent communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
Guest-focused, calm, and solution-oriented
Well-presented and professional
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and peak periods
