Bora Bora Beachclub in Gili Trawangan is looking for an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our daily operations and elevate the guest experience.

Candidates based in Lombok, Bali, Jakarta or Surabaya are welcome, as long as they are open to relocating.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience

✔ Proven experience as Food & Beverage Manager / Restaurant Manager

✔ Strong background in hospitality, beach clubs, restaurants, hotels or resorts

✔ Experience managing daily F&B operations

✔ Strong focus on guest experience and service quality

✔ Ability to lead, train and motivate staff

✔ Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards

✔ Strong skills in cost control, budgeting & margins (COGS)

✔ Experience with inventory management & purchasing

✔ Knowledge of menu engineering & pricing strategies

✔ Ability to maintain high hygiene, safety & cleanliness standards

✔ Experience working with POS systems & daily/weekly reporting

✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

✔ Able to work in a fast-paced beach club environment
