Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant located in Lombok. The Food and Beverage Assistant will assist with food preparation, ensure efficient food service, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dining areas, assisting with the delivery and presentation of food and drinks, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and supporting the team during service to create a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage operations

Experience in Food Service and providing excellent Customer Service

Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred

Basic food hygiene certification is an advantage
