Position: FB Manager
Requirements:
Indonesian national with overseas work experience or expatriate.
Minimum of 2 years of managerial-level experience within an international hotel chain.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury resort and/or high-end beach club.
Hands-on leadership style with strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining brand standards, SOPs, and quality control measures.
Quality-oriented individual with a proactive, can-do attitude and persistence in follow-up.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Maintain consistent service quality and luxury standards across all outlets.
Implement SOPs and continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and service excellence.
Ensure personalized, high-touch guest experiences in line with luxury resort standards.
Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores, and implement continuous improvements.
Drive revenue through menu engineering, upselling strategies, promotions, and special events.
Conduct performance reviews, ongoing training, and succession planning.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
