We are seeking an experienced Digital & Social Media Manager (DSM) to lead and execute the Group’s end-to-end digital strategy across hospitality, real estate sales, and brand marketing.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Digital & Social Media Manager is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping, executing, and optimising all digital, social, and performance marketing activities across Selo Group’s hospitality and real estate portfolio.
This role leads a multi-disciplinary digital team, both internal and external, and sits at the intersection of brand development, demand generation, direct bookings, and property sales. The DSM will be accountable for strategy, execution, performance, and ROI, working closely with operations, sales, development, and leadership teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
Minimum 7 years of experience in senior digital and social media roles
Proven background in luxury hospitality, real estate development, or premium lifestyle brands
Demonstrated success in driving direct bookings, property leads, and digital sales funnels
Strong hands-on experience with paid media, social platforms, CRM systems, analytics, and websites
Experience leading teams and managing agencies across multiple disciplines
Commercial mindset with a strong analytical and performance-driven approach
Highly Desirable
Experience working in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, or emerging luxury destinations
Exposure to branded residences, resort real estate, or mixed-use developments
Experience supporting international sales markets including Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Australia
Strong understanding of luxury brand storytelling and lifestyle positioning
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy & Leadership
Own and lead the Group-wide digital and social media strategy across hospitality, branded residences, land sales, and lifestyle brands
Translate business objectives into clear digital growth plans for bookings, leads, brand equity, and sales performance
Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary team including content, social, paid media, CRM, creative, and agencies
Social Media & Content Leadership
Define and manage social media strategy across all key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
Oversee content planning, storytelling, visual direction, tone of voice, and campaign calendars
Ensure all content reflects luxury brand standards, aspirational lifestyle positioning, and commercial objectives
Drive growth in followers, engagement, reach, and qualified enquiries
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
Lead all paid digital activities across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, retargeting, and conversion funnels
Drive direct bookings for hospitality and qualified leads for real estate sales
Optimise CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall funnel performance
Work closely with sales teams to align digital campaigns with inventory, pricing, and launch phases
Web, CRM & Marketing Technology
Oversee website performance across selogroup.co and selongselo.com including UX, CRO, SEO, content, and analytics
Manage CRM systems, lead tracking, marketing automation, and database growth
Ensure data integrity, attribution accuracy, and reporting across all digital touchpoints
Campaigns, Launches & Projects
Lead digital rollouts for new resort launches, property releases, beach clubs, wellness concepts, and partnerships
Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution with design, PR, sales, and operations teams
Ensure digital storytelling supports both long-term brand equity and short-term commercial outcomes
Reporting & Commercial Accountability
Establish clear KPIs and dashboards across brand, performance, and sales metrics
Report regularly to senior leadership on performance, insights, and optimisation opportunities
Maintain a strong ROI-driven approach across all digital spend and resources
