We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Chief Engineering to join our team and play a key role in elevating guest experience standards across our properties in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Engineering team and manage daily operational activities.

- Plan, execute, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) for all rooms, equipment, and facilities.

- Respond quickly to breakdowns, emergency repairs, and guest complaints.

- Conduct routine inspections of STP/WWTP, water pumps, pool systems, electrical panels, and other critical areas.

- Ensure all equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently.

- Allocate tasks, supervise technicians, and ensure work is completed according to SOP.

- Manage tools, spare parts, and materials to maintain cost efficiency.

- Prepare daily and weekly engineering reports for management.

- Support property operations to maintain a high standard of guest experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel/resort Engineering.

- Strong knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance.

- Skilled in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, pumps, water heater, and basic genset operations.

- Hands-on troubleshooting for AC, panel electrical issues, plumbing leaks, water pump, pool system, etc.

- Strong leadership skills to lead, coordinate, and supervise the Engineering team.

- Able to create structured daily logbooks, PM checklists, repair reports, and work orders.

- Responsive in handling guest issues and operational emergencies.

- Knowledge of K3/Safety Standards and proper use of tools & PPE.

- Able to coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments regarding maintenance tasks.

- Willing to work shifts and be on-call for urgent situations.

- Technical or electrical certification is an advantage (not mandatory).
