Chef de Partie
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team at Kuara Resort Lombok, an Ultra-Luxury Barefoot Resort. This role requires candidates with a strong background in high-end hospitality, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to lead service operations with confidence and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie.
Strong knowledge of authentic Indonesian culinary techniques, spices, herbs, and traditional cooking methods.
Ability to maintain authentic flavors while applying modern and luxury presentation.
Ability to follow standard recipes and operating procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Well-groomed with a professional attitude.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
Good command of English (spoken and basic kitchen communication)
