Responsibilities:

Respond to potential customer and client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat
Address client issues and find solutions that meet their needs
Upsell company recruitment services to potential customers and clients through cold-calling
Meet and exceed sales goals
Maintain accurate records and documentation of potential customers and clients
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales strategies
 
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Preferably residing in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area
Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales
Open to all nationalities; English fluency is compulsory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive and proactive attitude
Sales-driven mindset
Honest, loyal, fast learner, team player, and positive attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to new changes and work under pressure
