Business Development
Role Description
Drive new customer acquisition for the company's SaaS POS product, focusing on F&B businesses (restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and food chains)
Execute outbound sales activities, including prospecting, cold outreach, on-site visits, product demos, negotiation, and deal closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B owners, managers, and decision-makers
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and onboarding handover
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to F&B use cases (order flow, kitchen display, inventory, reporting, integrations)
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a SaaS environment
Experience selling technology or subscription-based products is a plus
Experience with POS systems or F&B technology solutions is a strong plus
Proven track record in new client acquisition, preferably in B2B sales
Experience handling end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing
Familiarity with F&B businesses (restaurants, cafés, food chains) is preferred
Strong hunting and prospecting skills (outbound-focused)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
