We are looking for a motivated BARISTA / BARTENDER CAPTAIN to join our small team at The Beach House, Gili Meno a beachfront hotel with a Beach Restaurant.

Position: BARISTA / BARTENDER CAPTAIN

* Requirements

Relevent experiences are required for this position

Strong interest and hands-on experience in bar and barista operations

Strong verbal communication skills

Communicate fluently in spoken English with guests and team members (mandatory).

Basic understanding of food safety & hygiene

Manage stock, place supplier orders, and maintain accurate inventory

Willing to work on-site in Gili Meno

Maintain a respectful, positive attitude and profesional behavior
