About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Thai Thai Restaurant, located in Central Kuta, West Nusa Tenggara. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations on the Restaurant Industry, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for our guests.
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead, motivate, and support service staff in achieving high performance.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and adherence to service standards.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
Conduct on-the-job training and support new team members.
Prepare daily shift reports and assist in staff scheduling.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism/related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, problem-solving, and able to work under pressure.
Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and F&B operations.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
English proficiency (preferred, especially for international guests).
Have Experience to use POS especially ABACUS is a plus
