Posisi: Assistant Laboratory
Responsibilities:
Conduct basic water quality monitoring at least twice daily, including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), water level, water color, temperature, and other relevant parameters.
Perform chemical water quality analysis at least once a week, including TOM, alkalinity, plankton analysis, and other related indicators.
Inspect shrimp post-larvae (PL) quality and prepare quality test reports prior to stocking activities in the culture ponds.
Assist in weighing and preparing medications to be distributed and applied in aquaculture ponds.
Record and monitor the availability and stock of laboratory equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Chemistry, Biology, Marine Science, Fisheries, or a related field.
Minimum experience of one cultivation cycle in shrimp farming or aquaculture operations.
Possess strong knowledge of shrimp biology, plankton dynamics, shrimp farming management, as well as plankton culture and other microorganism cultivation methods.
Proficient in data analysis and report preparation using Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to reside on-site at the shrimp farm location throughout the cultivation period in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
