REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in handling the full accounting cycle
Hands-on experience in payroll processing
Good understanding of Indonesian taxation and statutory requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in the hospitality, hotel, villa, or F&B industry is an advantage
Familiarity with the GuestPro system is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
