1) For Recruitment Lead (All Locations)
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in massive recruitment or sales is preferred
- Strong leadership and project-management skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2) For Recruiter Intern (All Locations)
- Bachelor degree or recent graduate in any field
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes
- Good communication skills and high attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle administrative tasks
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate with the recruitment team
- Availability to work on-site or hybrid depending on location needs
