Summit Institute of Development is hiring: Training Manager
Overview:
The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to strengthen staff capacity in our organization. This role ensures all training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Design and develop training curricula, modules, and materials.
2. Plan, coordinate, and oversee training implementation and logistics.
3. Facilitate or supervise training sessions to ensure quality and consistency.
4. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align training objectives.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Health, HR, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in training or capacity development.
3. Proven ability to develop training curricula and materials.
4. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
5. Excellent facilitation, organizational, and leadership skills.
