Position: Training Manager
Key Responsibilities
Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
Design and develop comprehensive training curricula and materials tailored to organizational and project needs.
Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs for staff and field personnel.
Supervise and support training facilitators to ensure quality and consistency in delivery.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements for future programs.
Maintain documentation and reports related to training implementation and outcomes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in assessing training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
Ability to design and develop comprehensive training curricula and materials aligned with organizational and project requirements.
Experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing training programs for staff and field personnel.
Strong supervisory skills to support training facilitators and ensure consistent training delivery.
Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Experience in maintaining training documentation and preparing reports.
