About the role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Supervisor Sales to join our team at PT. SUKSES HARAPAN CEMERLANG' in Kota Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat. As a Supervisor Sales, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing our sales team, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and meet their sales targets. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career growth and development.
What you'll be doing
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and maximise revenue
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the sales team to help them improve their skills and productivity
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities, both within the existing customer base and through the acquisition of new clients
Ensure that the sales team adheres to the company's policies, procedures and best practices
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending strategies for improvement
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and colleagues
Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking, with the ability to use this information to drive sales growth
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs
Thorough understanding of the retail and consumer products industry, including market trends, competitors and customer behaviour
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
