Supervise and coordinate the work of Representative Security Operations to ensure adequate coverage and consistent enforcement of security policies and procedures.

Ensure the protection and control of high-value materials (copper anode, cathode, precious metals, and by-products) during production, storage, and shipment processes.

Prepare and implement security procedures, instructions and orders.

Establish and maintain access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and perimeter security in critical areas

Review reports prepared by Security personnel and take follow-up action as necessary.

Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting of theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, or other security breaches.

Coordinate with Operations, Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure compliance with security controls for material movement, access, and handling.

Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and recommend preventive measures.

Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and crisis management procedures related to security threats or disruptions.

Lead the training, coaching, and performance evaluation of security personnel to ensure a disciplined and competent team.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of security technologies that enhance efficiency and risk mitigation.

 Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in security or law enforcement or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Preferably have a proven record of good working relationships with governmental agencies in related field
