About the role
We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel, a leading luxury resort located in the beautiful region of Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. As our Spa Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our world-class spa facility and lead a team of talented therapists to deliver exceptional customer service and treatments. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic hospitality organisation.
What you'll be doing
Manage the overall operations of the hotel's spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and treatments are consistently delivered
Lead, motivate and develop a team of spa therapists and support staff, providing coaching, training and performance management
Create and implement strategic plans to grow the spa's revenue and maintain its position as a premier wellness destination
Oversee the procurement of spa products and equipment, managing budgets and inventory
Continuously monitor guest satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience
Ensure the spa facility and treatment rooms are well-maintained and adhere to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages to attract new and returning guests
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar senior role within the hospitality or wellness industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Sound knowledge of spa operations, including treatment protocols, product procurement and inventory management
Familiarity with health, safety and hygiene regulations applicable to spa facilities
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop strategic plans to grow revenue and maximise profitability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
