Lowongan Kerja Site Doctor di PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk Sumbawa NTB (Group)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for employees and their families.
Respond to and manage medical emergencies, ensuring appropriate referral when needed.
Conduct routine medical examinations and continuously monitor employees’ health status.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, ensuring proper documentation of all clinical activities.
Develop and implement health education, disease prevention initiatives, and occupational health awareness programs.
Collaborate with site management on medical policies, workplace health initiatives, and emergency response procedures.
Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to on-site medical personnel (including paramedics, nurses, and clinic staff).
Ensure compliance with medical ethics, safety protocols, and applicable government health regulations.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on clinic operations, health cases, and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia (STR).
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general practice, with proven capability in emergency medical response.
Strong clinical judgment with the ability to provide primary care in remote or isolated locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience in the Mining or Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
Occupational health experience (HIPERKES certification) is an added advantage.
Valid and updated certifications: STR, ACLS, ATLS, HIPERKES.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Willing to be assigned and reside on-site anywhere across Indonesia with roster schedule
