Senior Nurse (Rotational Assignment)
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) certification with a valid and active license.
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or multi-clinic settings.
Proven ability to work in various departments (ER, ICU, Outpatient, Inpatient, etc.).
Strong clinical skills with solid medical and nursing knowledge.
Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High adaptability and flexibility to work across different clinic branches.
Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.
Advanced certifications: BLS (mandatory), BTCLS, and ACLS (highly preferred).
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Willing and ready to be assigned to all company branches as required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards, SOPs, and patient safety protocols.
Support clinic operations by filling staffing gaps across branches as assigned.
Serve as a clinical role model by demonstrating best nursing practices and professional conduct.
Maintain consistency of nursing standards and service quality across all branches.
Collaborate closely with doctors, medical teams, and clinic staff to ensure effective patient care.
Support onboarding and guidance for junior nurses when assigned to new branches.
Accurately document patient care, treatments, and nursing observations.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Adapt quickly to different working environments, teams, and operational workflows.
Report clinical issues, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities to management.
