Senior HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end human resources operations
Lead recruitment processes and manpower planning
Manage employee relations and performance management
Oversee training programs, payroll, and legal compliance
Act as a strategic HR partner for management and operational teams
Personal Attributes
People-oriented with a strong service mindset
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
Willing to travel and manage multiple locations, including occasional visits to Gili Island as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of labor law and hospitality operations
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
